Exchange Server 2008, .005 Server 2008 R2 Outlook client 2007, SP3 I created a new user in our exchange server.
Both on-prem Exchange and Office 365 Mailboxes can be converted to shared either using Power Shell or using the Exchange Admin Center.
To convert mailboxes using the web interface, open the Office 365 Admin center in your browser.
