Ocs address book not updating

This is actually an issue with Communicator, not Outlook, but because the error shows up in Outlook, it gets blamed.

The fix is fairly easy: delete Communicator's contact database from the affected user's computer and wait for the updated version to be downloaded.

However, there are 2 AD attributes that are not included in the compact delta file: office and title.

Did you remember to go into IIS managment console and configure the 443 binding and select the Pool cert in IIS for Web components?Contact your systems administrator with your information.IIS is configured and clients can login using web access.There are no problems logging in using the OCS client as well.The error appears within a minute or two with a (popup) logon box asking users to re-enter their credentials to access the corporate address book.
